Having studied Fine Art at Wimbledon Art School (University of the Arts London) and Newcastle University, Victoria pursued a career in the contemporary art world, working in private galleries to public institutions across London and Venice. During this time she also taught dozens of children privately as an art tutor, focusing on art scholarship preparations and portfolios (from 10 years old), Duke of Edinburgh award, plus group life and still life drawing classes, and fun clubs for toddlers (printwork, pottery and painting).
Biography
Ethos
Art and being creative is an integral part of life, especially from a young age. It is important to help children explore, build their confidence and think outside the box. It is also a powerful therapeutic tool and life long skill, something you will always return to enjoy.
My aim is to create an environment that is encouraging, inclusive and enjoyable; empowering every student to go at their own pace and develop their own unique skill-set.
“Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once they grow up.”
